6. Service Agreements and Payments

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYLVERLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sylverline from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate our relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for payment of all outstanding fees
• We will deliver any completed work products
• Confidentiality obligations will survive termination
• You must cease using our services and return any materials

13. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration organization.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability
